The TR7500DT is an off-line, desktop AOI system for detecting and analyzing defects in Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs). It features a high-end digital 3-CCD full color camera for clear capture of board images. Included with the system is TRI’s AOI software featuring ATPG (Automatic Test Program Generator) for easier, faster generation of test program.
